WatchUptopia.com promises to ensure your security, we use state-of-the-art SSL (Secure Sockets Layer) encryption to protect your personal information from unauthorized use.

What do you do with my personal information?
WatchUptopia.com does not sell, trade, or rent your Personally Identifiable Information. We do not provide any identifiable information about our customers' sales, traffic patterns, and related site information to third parties.

Does WatchUtopia.com carry authentic merchandise?
WatchUtopia.com guarantees that all watches are 100% genuine authentic, direct from the manufacturer.

What is your domestic shipping policy?
Shipping charges are determined by estimating weight and will be disclosed to you during the checkout process. Orders that ship within the U.S. will be sent through USPS Priority Mail.  The typical cost for shipping one watch in the U.S. is $5.95.

What is your international shipping policy?
WatchUtopia.com is happy to ship internationally.  For international orders, WatchUtopia.com will charge $16.95 for USPS 4-10 day shipping. If more than one watch is ordered or if the order ships to a remote location, a small additional charge may apply.  If this is the case you will be notified before shipment.

I live outside the United States.  Am I liable for the import/customs duties on my WatchUtopia.com purchase?
WatchUtopia.com is not responsible for any import/customs duties on international orders.  For details on import/customs duty policies, please contact your local customs office.

My order conformation e-mail says that orders usually ship within 4-7 business days.  What is a business day?
Business days are Monday through Friday from 10 AM to 5 PM CST, excluding holidays.

What may cause a delay in shipping my order?
WatchUtopia.com is dedicated to the security of our customers in the prevention of fraud.  For your safety, we verify the billing address of all orders.  The billing address provided with your order must match the billing address on file with your credit card company.  If the addresses do not match, your order will be placed on hold until we are able to sufficiently verify your order.  If we are not able to sufficiently verify your order it will be canceled without any charge to your credit card.  Orders placed with credit cards issued by banks outside of the United States may experience delays in order processing due to availability and/or cooperation of the international bank.

When will my order ship?
Shipment time (the time between ordering a product and that product leaving our warehouse) depends on stock availability.

What are my payment choices?
We accept Visa, MasterCard and American Express.

How do I redeem my WatchUtopia.com coupon?
You will have the option of entering a coupon code in Step Two (Payment Screen) of your order.  Coupons may be provided if you find a better price at another site; we will beat their price by 5% by providing you with a coupon.

Can WatchUtopia.com size my new watch for me?
To ensure a comfortable fit, we suggest you take your watch to a reputable local jeweler for sizing. Expect to pay a nominal fee for this service. Do not attempt to size your own watch! You may damage or scratch the watch and bracelet. We accept no liability for damage caused by sizing. WatchUtopia.com will not accept a scratched or damaged watch for return. Once you have your watch sized, you may NOT return it for a refund or exchange. If desired, you may have WatchUtopia.com adjust your watch for a $20 sizing fee.

I can't find the watch I want on WatchUtopia.com.  Can you special order it for me?
We have access to hundreds of watches that may not be listed on our site.  If there is a watch you want that we don't have, we may be able to special order it for you in no time at all. Our expert customer service representatives are waiting to assist you with your every need!

Return Policy:
Any items returned in original condition within 30 days of purchase, accompanied with a Return Authorization Form including an explanation of dissatisfaction, will receive a full product refund less shipping. Defective Merchandise Exchange Policy:
WatchUtopia.com stands by the high quality of our products. All defective products may be returned within 30 days for a replacement. If part of a product is defective, please return the whole product, including all manuals and accessories, in the original packaging with a completed Return Authorization Form to the address listed below.
