Shipping Charges:
Shipping charges are determined by estimating weight and will be disclosed to you during the checkout process. Orders that ship to within the US will be sent through fast USPS Priority mail.

International Orders:
WatchUtopia is happy to ship internationally.  For international orders, WatchUtopia will charge $16.95 for USPS 4-6 day shipping.  If the order ships to a remote location it may be necessary to charge a bit more.  If this is the case you will be notified before shipment.

Return Policy:
Any items returned in original condition within 30 days of purchase, accompanied with a Return Authorization Form including explanation of dissatisfaction, will receive a full product refund less shipping. Defective Merchandise Exchange Policy:
WatchUtopia stands by the high quality of our products. All defective products may be returned within 30 days for a replacement. If part of a product is defective, please return the whole product, including all manuals and accessories, in the original packaging with a completed Return Authorization Form to the address listed below.
